If you have an EMV certified processor, your new login credentials will start with QPP and NOT MAG.To avoid any confusion between a few different terms containing the word “snap,” here are some brief definitions of them: In order to accept card-present EMV transactions, you will need to request updated login credentials (username and password), and use the newest release of QwickPAY. Legacy credentials should only be used for accessing reports. Once new credentials starting with QPP are issued, merchants should be instructed to NOT process payments, voids or refunds using their legacy credentials. This will ensure merchants have access to their legacy transaction data (up to their last 90 days). Please recommend to your merchants that they download their 90 day transaction data from any legacy account (starting with MAG) as soon as they receive their new credentials (starting with QPP). After 90 days, merchants will no longer have access to their old account or transaction data.
